This Agreement governs the relationship between Water Stewardship, Inc. (WSI) and
any visitor, licensor, or contractor (hereinafter “you”) with respect to use of
Water Stewardship’s Nutrient Load Estimator (NLE) tool.
By accessing and viewing/using NLE, you acknowledge that you have read, understand
and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
WSI may at any time make corrections, improvements and changes to NLE or its terms.
Any changes made will be effective automatically without further or special notice.
Your continued use of NLE following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such
changes.
WSI makes no claim or declaration as to the accuracy of the information in NLE.
The information provided by NLE is provided without warranty or liability by either
WSI or any third parties– whether implied, express or statutory. WSI does not warrant
that NLE will be error free and is not responsible for misuse of NLE by the user.
WSI does not assume any responsibility whatsoever arising out of your use of NLE,
regardless of whether negligence on the part of WSI may have caused or contributed
to any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of using or relying upon NLE.
WSI is not responsible for how you use the results from NLE and WSI makes no claim
that the results from NLE will be accepted for all purposes.

are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify
that WSI endorses the website(s). WSI has no responsibility for the content of the

NLE is property of WSI. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with
the copyright notice. You may not create a link to this website from another website
or document without WSI’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use of NLE may result
in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
WSI reserves the right to prohibit you from accessing NLE at any time with or without
cause. Your access to NLE constitutes a revocable, nonexclusive limited license
to access NLE under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Your use of NLE and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of
the United States of America.
