Terms of Use

This Agreement governs the relationship between Water Stewardship, Inc. (WSI) and any visitor, licensor, or contractor (hereinafter “you”) with respect to use of Water Stewardship’s Nutrient Load Estimator (NLE) tool.

By accessing and viewing/using NLE, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

WSI may at any time make corrections, improvements and changes to NLE or its terms. Any changes made will be effective automatically without further or special notice. Your continued use of NLE following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

WSI makes no claim or declaration as to the accuracy of the information in NLE. The information provided by NLE is provided without warranty or liability by either WSI or any third parties– whether implied, express or statutory. WSI does not warrant that NLE will be error free and is not responsible for misuse of NLE by the user. WSI does not assume any responsibility whatsoever arising out of your use of NLE, regardless of whether negligence on the part of WSI may have caused or contributed to any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of using or relying upon NLE.

WSI is not responsible for how you use the results from NLE and WSI makes no claim that the results from NLE will be accepted for all purposes.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that WSI endorses the website(s). WSI has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

NLE is property of WSI. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without WSI’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use of NLE may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

WSI reserves the right to prohibit you from accessing NLE at any time with or without cause. Your access to NLE constitutes a revocable, nonexclusive limited license to access NLE under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Your use of NLE and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of the United States of America.
